The
quality of EA is a styled snail, as a symbol of consideration, peacefullness
and distance from a unawarelly rushing development and progress.
EA has no other
purpose besides emphasising some dilemas of the modern world inside
the civil-social sphere.
Communicational image of EA is built through measured presence in
a public and media life and will mainly be echo of EA´s activity,
not a sort of self- promotion.
Main forms of activities will be meetings, councils, conferences,
seminars, schools, workshops, publications,...
2. Board of experts:
In a board of
experts of EA, there are eminent experts as citizens, not as representatives
of institutions in which they work. The main moto of members of
the board is: unity of opinions ~ diversity of practice(habits).
Members of the board are only united by way of activity and point
of view of EA. On the other hand is every event inside EA´s work
sphere carefully evaluated, and every member freely decides if he
wants to cooperate in chosen events.
Realization of programmed events of EA is based on experts (which
are chosen seperately for every field of action), proposed by EA´s
board of experts, which also nominates other experts, that can help
to reach the objective.
Board of experts issues and supports the idea, that some civil sphere
topics are forming, which are also closely studied from different
ascpects.
3. Fields
of interest:
The fact is
that the culture, in a direct meaning, is a field of interest of
every single citizen, so the main field of interest of EA is culture,
in the very general meaning.. It means everything, except of political
power and economy.
Culture as a civil intelligence is a segment, which should lead,
guide and control the development of political power and economy.
The culture or civil intelligence is a field of activity of civil
society. The spirit of sports as a moto of adequacy, scientifical
accuracy as a moto of testing and, methodology of art as a moto
of passing visions and impressions.
4. Social
circumstances for reconstruction of modern social society:
Democracy as
unified civil order of western civilization, in which is amplified
dynamics of relations, is actually over-globalized.
It allows too muchg of everything, especially informations.
Relative (the
only way possible in a democratic society) political stability was
already achieved, which means, that this is a perfect moment for
reconstruction of modern civil society.
Civil society
is, by its essence, original (spontaneous, self-acting, generative,
basic) society. Civil society therefore is basis of civilization,
which also give a name to it.
Once was the contradiction of civil society the military party,
but today it is the political society.
The state of law is possible only after assurment of constant actions
of civil society, as a result of such actions.
The main task of civil society or sphere is to act as a constant
reminder of political sphere, to consider its own rules and normatives.
But today this is not enough. Today the civil sphere must also control
the economic sphere and remind it to bear in mind its own rules.
The effect of actions of civil sphere on political and economic
sphere defines (the level of) state.
Civil society
can not and should not be a matter of some enthusiasm, ezoterics,
alternative,...,but the main part of public order, which is a backbone
of public system, while actions of civil society form amortization
of law (wheels of the system).
Civil society is also a vital capacity of public order.
Civil society
should not be a caterpillar, which later transforms into a butterfly
of political society, but permanence, needed more by political sphere
(as a mechanism of selection and correction for stable division
of asignments), then by the public.
Civil society
must assert on two levels. On the level of its own exsistence (on
everydays life level), and on the level of its own aplication (level
of resistance to political dominance). In the case of political
balance, civil society protects and controls such state.
Civil society as engaged anti-politics (fight for asserting opposite
political option, in which is later included) is really only quasi
civil society. A real civil society is a constant civil society
(as soon as it reaches its goal, it changes intention, but itself
stays unchanged).
The basic fundation of civil society is not a fight against one
system for the other one, but a fight against every system to control
the state (respect of the laws, which is the essence of every state).
Politics and
economy can not assure balance and gradual development, not even
civil relations to natural habitat (enviroment) and fullfillment
of mutual relations. This can only be achieved by a civil society,
with tools of culture (it can be achieved, but not assured). It
depends on a level of efficiency of civil society.
The word sport
is a slogan, which represents important and complicated civil phenomenon.
Science is a bearer and accompanist of development and progress,
and art is the last resort of, in normatives least enchained, visions
and impressions.
Today it is
necessary to promote, not only political programmes and trade marks,
but also adventure authenticy, nature, consideration, self-control,
primary needs, family and every other elementary component of life,
which are, because of exaggerated development and progress, pushed
in the area of self-evidence and dangerously neglected.
